Vivek Srivastava, Head of Marketing, at Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, said that the introductory price of Tiago EV is being increased by Rs 20,000. This brings the starting price of the EV to Rs. 8.69 lakhs. However, despite the price hike, the Tiago EV is one of the cheapest vehicles in the market, priced under Rs. 10 lakhs. While 20 thousand vehicles were booked in a month.
Will 20 thousand customers get relief?

The company has also provided a 19.2 kWh battery pack with the car. Which gives a range of up to 250 km on a single charge. However, customers are liking the battery pack with 315 km per charge. It can be easily charged at home or at a fast charging station. With the help of a DC fast charger, this car gets charged 10-80 percent in 57 minutes.
